These delicious morsels will delight you with their buffalo flavor and thrill you with their healthiness! They will take you about 10 minutes to prep and about 25 minutes to cook. You can use them as a healthy appetizer or put them in your favorite tacos or burritos.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower (about 2 pounds), cut into bite size florets (about 8 cups)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/3 cup hot sauce, such as Frank’s Red Hot Original
Put oven rack on lowest setting and preheat oven to 475 degrees. Place cauliflower florets on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of oil and toss to combine. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly to get seasoning on every piece. Arrange in a single layer.
Roast until golden-brown, about 15 minutes. While you are waiting, whisk the Hot Sauce with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Remove cauliflower from oven, and pour the Hot Sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss with 2 spoons or a spatula until the florets are evenly coated. Return to oven and roast until crispy, usually 10-15 minutes more. Best eaten hot!
