This is without a doubt the best guacamole you have ever tasted! It is a @thedefineddish recipe and simply cannot be improved upon! I routinely double it because no one can stop eating it…and even if I am the only one home, I can put it on eggs the next morning or on my sandwich for lunch or as a healthy snack any time of the day.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 jalapeno, seeds and stems removed, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
Taste and add more salt as needed.
Going to make the guac tonight!!
