These are a complete meal in themselves and give you a powerful protein punch for a delicious on-the-go meal or quick snacking. I love to pack these in a cooler for long tournament weekends or stuff them in a cooler bag to carry through the airport for healthy and inexpensive nutrition. - 6 thin slices proscuitto ham, cut in half
- 12 eggs
- 12 pieces of fresh basil, spinach, or arugula
